AT LIBERTY LAKE, WE BUILD COMMUNITY + CHARACTER.

We know that Summer camp is a significant financial (and developmental) investment, so at Liberty Lake, there are no additional fees for daily activities, food, snacks, trips, or even extended hours. Nickel-and-diming isn’t our thing—seriously fun youth development is what we do best.

At Liberty Lake Day Camp, we are committed to a limited enrollment – groups close out in the Fall for the upcoming Summer. Completing our Registration Application is the first step to reserving an available spot for your children.  Our all-inclusive tuition covers:

  • Catered hot and cold lunch options daily
  • A variety of snacks available throughout the day
  • Camp T-shirt and backpack
  • Bus transportation to and from Liberty Lake Day Camp
  • Extended hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. (in lieu of bus transportation)
  • Weekly Freedom of Choice electives for campers entering grades 1-9
  • Daily swim instruction and swimming-related activities
  • All equipment, supplies, and materials for electives/activities
  • Any day trips for our oldest campers

*$150 per week deposit due upon enrollment application. We will contact you to confirm enrollment status and weeks. Please know that we receive dozens of applications daily, so thank you in advance for your patience.

IMPORTANT DATES
  • August 14, 2023 – Opening day for enrollment applications, for 2023 returning and waitlisted families.
  • September 5 – Opening day for enrollment applications for prospective (new) families.
  • September 30 – Final day for early pay-in-full discount.
  • January 16, 2024 – After this date, a $150 per week cancellation fee will be applied to any cancelled weeks.
  • April 1 – Final day to reduce weeks and receive refund (minus cancellation fee) – No refunds after this day.
  • April 5 – Balance due
  • June 24 – First day of 2024 Camp Season
  • July 4-5 – No Camp (this week priced accordingly)
  • August 12 – 2025 Camp Application opens for enrolled, and waitlisted families
  • August 16 – Final day of 2024 Camp Season
  • September 3 – 2025 Application opens for NEW families
DISCOUNTS:
  • 10% Turtle Discount (entering Pre-K or K)
  • Early Pay-in-Full Discount:
    • Families who pay-in-full before September 30 receive a $25 per week, per camper discount
  • Sibling discounts:
    • 10% off 2nd child‘s tuition, 20% off 3rd child, 30% off 4th child.
  • No bus transportation or extended hours discounts:
    • $25 off one way or $50 off both ways—per week, per family.
  • Military discounts: 
    • 2.5% off  total family tuition for veteran military members,
    • 5% off  total family tuition for retired/reserve military members,
    • 10% off for active military members (pay grades E8 and higher),
    • 25% off for active military members (pay grades E1-E7).
    • PROOF OF SERVICE IS REQUIRED
  • Actively Employed, Local, County, or State – Police, Firefighters, Corrections Officers, EMTs, and PreK-12 school employees.
    • 5% off total tuition
    • Proof of employment required— One occupational discount per family

Camp is Tax-Deductible! Day Camp tuition may be eligible for Child Care/Dependent Care reimbursement through your employer OR as a straight deduction on your tax return. Most Liberty Lake families take advantage of this cost savings—many pay less than 50% of their out-of-pocket tuition. Our Tax ID is: 20-0664992.

Liberty Lake does not offer camp scholarships, but works with most State Tuition Assistance Agencies and non-profit foundations that subsidizes summer camp, as well as the Liberty Lake Foundation which supports families in need for area camps.
