SUMMER 2027 ENROLLMENT

Liberty Lake is a significant developmental and financial investment for your children, because (as our families tell us) IT’S WORTH IT! 

At Liberty Lake Day Camp, we are committed to a limited enrollment – as groups have historically filled up in the Fall for the upcoming Summer. Completing our Registration Application is the first step to reserving an available spot for your children. Our all-inclusive tuition covers:

  • Catered hot and cold lunch options daily
  • Healthy snacks available throughout the day
  • Camp T-shirt and high quality backpack
  • Weekly Freedom of Choice electives for campers entering grades 1-9
  • Daily swim instruction and swimming-related activities
  • All equipment, supplies, and materials for electives/activities
  • Day trips for our teen campers

Central Bus transportation to and from Liberty Lake Day Camp and extended hours are available for an extra fee.

     w 2 Weeks:  $1700  (must be wks 1-2, or 7-8)
     w 3 Weeks: $2400  (2 wks must be consecutive)
     w 4 Weeks: $3200  (any 4)
     w 5 Weeks: $3875
     w 6 Weeks: $4650
     w 7 Weeks: $5425
     w 8 Weeks: $6000
     w 9 Weeks: $6750

   Bus Transportation and/or Extended Hours Care

  • $50 per week- AM or PM
  • $100 per week- AM and PM

Military Discounts
  • 10% off for active military members (pay grades E8 and higher)
  • 25% off for active military members (pay grades E1-E7)
  • 5% off  total family tuition for retired/reserve military members
  • 2.5% off  total family tuition for veteran military members
  • Proof of Service Required
Actively Employed, Local, County, or State – Police, Firefighters, Corrections Officers, and EMTs
  • 5% off total tuition
  • Proof of employment required –  one occupational discount per family
Fellow Educators / School Employees
  • 5% off Total Tuition
  • Proof of employment required— one occupational discount per family
Early Pay-in-Full Discount
  • Families who pay-in-full before October 1, 2026 receive an additional $25 per week, per camper discount

Liberty Lake Foundation

The Liberty Lake Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization created to help the children of local families learn, grow, and succeed.

Their annual “Campership” program is an initiatives to help make the camp experience accessible to all children. Participating camps include YMCA of the Pines, Fernbrook Farm, Creek Run, Southwoods, and Liberty Lake.

Check out the Foundation Website to see what’s going on, to donate, or to fill out a Campership Application which opens in the Winter and closes April 1 for the 2027 season. 

Key Enrollment Dates

Stay on track with these important enrollment milestones

  • August 10, 2026: Opening day for enrollment applications for 2024 returning and waitlisted families.
  • September 1: Opening day for enrollment applications for prospective (new) families.
  • October 1: Final day for early pay-in-full discount.
  • February 15, 2027: After this date, a $150 per week cancellation fee will be applied to any canceled weeks.
  • April 1: Final day to reduce weeks and receive a refund (minus cancellation fee) – No refunds after this date.
  • April 1 or June 1: Balance due (June 1 if monthly payment plan)
  • June 21: First day of 2026 Camp Season
  • July 5: No Camp
  • August 10: 2027 Camp Application opens for enrolled and waitlisted families
  • “Post-Week”: Extra week of Camp with combined groups, and a special schedule of daily choices.
  • August 20: Final day of 2027 Camp Season

Camp is Tax-Deductible!  Day Camp tuition can be used as a straight childcare deduction on your tax return, and may be eligible for Child Care/Dependent Care reimbursement through your employer. Most Liberty Lake families take advantage of this cost savings—many pay less than 50% of their tuition out-of-pocket.

While Liberty Lake does not offer camp scholarships, we work with most State Tuition Assistance Agencies and non-profit foundations that subsidizes summer camp, as well as the Liberty Lake Foundation which supports families in need for multiple area camps.
