We’re Hiring Frontline Camp Counselors

Working with small groups of campers each day. As a group counselor, your primary goal is to ensure campers have fun in a safe environment and follow the daily schedule. Group counselors actively participate in all activity areas, whether in soccer, beekeeping, or swimming.

We’re Hiring Specialty Counselors

Work on a specialized activity each summer day. Liberty Lake Specialists are assigned activities that require in-depth knowledge and skills and have the ability instruct campers throughout each day.

We’re Hiring Lifeguards, Inclusion Advocates, Facility Maintenance, and More

Our lifeguard staff also teaches swimming skills– and…we offer training. Inclusion Advocates support our campers with needs, and our Facility Maintenance team keeps the kids safe across our 60 beautiful acres.

  • NO sitting at a desk indoors, starting at screens
  • NO looking out the window, wishing you were outside
  • NO waiting or bussing tables
  • NO folding clothes
  • NO late night hours
  • NO working with people who don’t care about their job

We are located in rural Burlington County, South Jersey, in a magical, beautiful place. You’ll work outdoors, overlooking 60 beautiful acres, tall trees, and waterways, with over 200 young, energized, cool people like you.
