SUMMER ENROLLMENT FOR 2026

We know that a Summer Camp like Liberty Lake is a significant financial –and DEVELOPMENTAL- investment for your children, so at LLDC, there are no additional fees for regular daily activities, bus transportation, food, swim lessons, or trips. Nickel-and-diming isn’t our thing—seriously fun youth development is what we do best.

At Liberty Lake Day Camp, we are committed to a limited enrollment – and groups begin to close out in the Fall for the upcoming Summer. Completing our Registration Application is the first step to reserving an available spot for your children. Our all-inclusive tuition covers:

Catered hot and cold lunch options daily
Healthy snacks available throughout the day
Camp T-shirt and backpack
Central Bus transportation to and from Liberty Lake Day Camp
Weekly Freedom of Choice electives for campers entering grades 1-9
Daily swim instruction and swimming-related activities
All equipment, supplies, and materials for electives/activities
Day trips for our teen campers

$250 per camper for any enrollments 3 weeks or more.
This is a limited time discount, put in place for our 25th Anniversary celebration!

Pre-K or K

5% Turtle discount for campers entering Pre-K or Kindergarten

Sibling Discounts

10% off 2nd child‘s tuition
20% off 3rd child’s tuition
30% off 4th child’s tuition

Military Discounts

10% off for active military members (pay grades E8 and higher)
25% off for active military members (pay grades E1-E7)
5% off total family tuition for retired/reserve military members
2.5% off total family tuition for veteran military members
Proof of Service Required

Actively Employed, Local, County, or State – Police, Firefighters, Corrections Officers, and EMTs

5% off total tuition
Proof of employment required – one occupational discount per family

Fellow Educators / School Employees

5% off Total Tuition
Proof of employment required— one occupational discount per family

Early Pay-in-Full Discount

Families who pay-in-full before October 1, 2025 receive a $25 per week, per camper discount

Key Enrollment Dates

Stay on track with these important enrollment milestones

August 11, 2025: Opening day for enrollment applications for 2024 returning and waitlisted families.
September 2: Opening day for enrollment applications for prospective (new) families.
October 1: Final day for early pay-in-full discount.
January 15, 2025: After this date, a $150 per week cancellation fee will be applied to any canceled weeks.
March 31: Final day to reduce weeks and receive a refund (minus cancellation fee) – No refunds after this day.
April 1: Balance due
June 22: First day of 2026 Camp Season
July 3: No Camp (week 2 priced accordingly)
August 10: 2027 Camp Application opens for enrolled and waitlisted families
“Post-Week”: Extra week of Camp with less groups, less/longer activity periods, daily electives, less bus stops, two free swims
August 21: Final day of 2025 Camp Season
September 1: 2026 Application opens for NEW families

Camp is Tax-Deductible! Day Camp tuition can be used as a straight childcare deduction on your tax return, and may be eligible for Child Care/Dependent Care reimbursement through your employer. Most Liberty Lake families take advantage of this cost savings—many pay less than 50% of their tuition out-of-pocket.

Additional fees for Extended Hours Care, Neighborhood Bus Pick-up (if approved), and Wilderness Late Night/Overnights

While Liberty Lake does not offer camp scholarships, we work with most State Tuition Assistance Agencies and non-profit foundations that subsidizes summer camp, as well as the Liberty Lake Foundation which supports families in need for multiple area camps.
