The majority of our camp families enroll up to 10 months prior to the start of the actual camp season, so we understand that unforeseen changes to your family’s work situation, vacation plans, and health may arise.
We want to provide our Camp families with the comfort and flexibility they need in today’s fast paced world – but at the same time, our camp enrollment closes out, and closed out families on waiting lists often make other plans before a spot in camp becomes available.
There are no refunds for ‘missed days.’ During the pandemic summers of 2020/2021, we were super generous given the circumstances, but today we treat covid-19 like ‘the flu’ or any other illness, with no credits for missed days unless extreme circumstances. In rare cases like a tropical storm, or extremely poor air quality cancelling a day of camp, we will side with caution and offer tuition credits to our camp families if we must cancel a day.
All refunds and Camp credit are based on the difference between the tuition that was paid and the tuition that would have been paid had the camper enrolled for the lesser number of weeks. For example, if your child was initially enrolled for 8 weeks and you decide to cancel 1 week (before April 1), you will be charged the 7 week tuition rate. The credit is calculated using the difference in the tuition rates adjusted for any discounts previously applied. Any credit that is forwarded to the next season and not used, is non-transferable and will expire at the end of the next season.
