Bordentown, NJ — December 14, 2025 — Liberty Lake Day Camp announced today that Justin Pritikin has returned to the organization as Camp Director, marking an important leadership milestone as the camp prepares for its upcoming season.

Justin’s connection to Liberty Lake Day Camp spans his entire life. He began attending camp as a toddler and later served in multiple leadership roles, contributing to staff training, camper programming, and the development of the camp’s community-focused culture. His return represents a continuation of the camp’s long-standing leadership legacy.

Over the past several years, Justin gained professional experience outside of camp, most recently working in an executive role at lululemon’s corporate headquarters in Los Angeles. He later returned to youth development as a Director at Everwood Day Camp, Liberty Lake’s sister camp in Massachusetts, where he focused on staff leadership, program quality, and large-scale community engagement initiatives.

“Justin understands Liberty Lake at every level,” said Andy Pritikin, Founder and Director of Liberty Lake Day Camp. “He grew up here, helped shape our staff culture, and brings a thoughtful, modern leadership approach grounded in empathy, structure, and purpose. In his role as Camp Director, Justin will oversee staff development, camper experience, parent communication, and community engagement. His leadership will support Liberty Lake’s continued commitment to safety, inclusion, and character development.

Liberty Lake Day Camp, located in Bordentown, New Jersey, has served families across South Jersey for 25 years. The camp operates on a 60-acre outdoor campus and is known for its values-driven approach to youth development, emphasizing independence, integrity, teamwork, and friendship.
