SEASONAL POSITIONS (June 22 to August 21, 2026, plus trainings)
Counselors (Current 10th/11th graders) – The sidekicks to the Group Leaders, assisting in the supervision, growth, and development of the campers. We are especially seeking Counselors for boys groups, as well as any counselors from Center City Philly to ride in on our many buses!
Group Leaders (18+, college frosh or older) – LIMITED POSITIONS AVAILABLE – The de-facto leaders of our camper groups, managing the ins and outs of health and happiness for 12-18 campers, in single age groups from early childhood to teens. GLs get lots of job support, including one or two high school counselors.
Lifeguards (Current 10th graders and older) – Bring your certs, or get Red Cross certified by us- we run our own Spring certification course and we’ll reimburse you for half of it!
Inclusion Support Staff – LLDC is proud to be able to support over 100 campers with additional needs each summer. From compassionate high schoolers to certified special ed. teachers, it takes a village to make it happen. We always need extra support in August.
Specialists (21+, most are teachers) – Specialists are the activity leaders for most of our more in-depth elective areas, including athletics, fine arts/performing arts, adventure, applied arts, and STEM. Our activity leaders LOVE working at Liberty Lake with our elective program- as they only teach kids who WANT to be at the activities with them!  Athletics, Cooking, Spa, ASL, Music, High Ropes Adventure, (Rock) Music, and more!
Maintenance Specialists – Facility team overseeing 60 acres of preparation and clean-up each day for camp.
Media Team – Liberty Lake has a great presence on Social Media, and needs photographers, videographers, digital editors, and graphic designers.

YEAR-ROUND
Maintenance Crew (March through mid-December) – Facility team overseeing 60 acres of landscaping, handy-man work, heavy machinery, etc.
