CAMP SEASON: Monday, June 23 through Friday, August 15 (Camp Closed Friday, July 4)

ALL meetings IN-PERSON, unless noted. Please put these dates into your calendar now

March 4- NEW Leadership Training
March 26 – Leadership Training #1
April 10 – Division Leader Training – DLs, ADLs, HCs, Directors, Success Admin
April 12 – 3-5pm – NEW STAFF Employment Finalization #1 (staff chooses one)
May 1- Leadership (Division Leader) Training
May 10- 3-5pm – NEW STAFF Employment Finalization #2 (staff chooses one)
Mid-May – PEER LEADER TRAINING TBD
May 17 & 18, High Ropes Adventure CERTIFICATION and All High Ropes staff + Interested Group Leaders
May 22- Leadership (Admin) Training
May 29, 4-6pm – NEW STAFF Employment Finalization #3 (staff chooses one)
May 29 (or June 5) ~ 4:30 to 8pm – SPECIALIST/ACTIVITY LEAD Training– Specialists/GLs leading programs
May 30, 13, June 1 ~ Fri. (4-8pm), Sat. & Sun. (8am-4am) –Lifeguard CERTIFICATION Class- Waterfront Sunday
June 3 ~ 4 to 8:15pm ~ ROOKIE TEAM Training – For ALL NEW employees
June 5 ~ 4 to 8pm ; Lifeguard Training–ALL Lifeguards
June 5 (or May 29) ~ 4:30 to 8pm – SPECIALIST/ACTIVITY LEAD Training– Specialists/GLs leading programs
June 8 ~ 9am to 4:30pm – ALL TEAM Training – Everyone!
June 10 (New) ~ 4:30 to 7:30pm SWIM INSTRUCTOR Training–Swim Staff/GLs/Cs
June 11 (or June 17) ~ 4-6pm BUS CAPT. Training – Staff that is going to be on a Bus ; Attend ONE of the two days
June 12 ~ 4 to 8pm Group Team Training – Group Leaders/Counselors/Inclusion/DLs
June 16 ~ 4 to 8pm –TEAM TRAINING/ MEET ‘N’ GREET – Group Leaders/Counselors/Inclusion/DLs
June 17 (or June 11) ~ 4-6pm – BUS CAPT. Training – Staff going to be on a Bus ; Attend ONE of the two days
June 20 (All Swim Instructors) ~ 4:30 to 7:30pm – SWIM INSTRUCTOR Training–Swim Staff/GLs/Cs
June 21 – High Ropes Adventure CERTIFICATION – Final Day (tentative)
June 21 (Rain Date, 6/22) ~ 10am-Noon – Optional Swim Test Day for Success/Inclusion Campers & Frosh

IN-SEASON

June 25 (Wed. Wk.1) – 4:30-6:30pm (includes pizza) Specialist / Activity Leader regroup meeting
TRAINING NIGHT– July 10, 6-8pm – Mandatory for all regular staff- put it in your calendar now
Survival Skills Overnights – Boys: Friday/Saturday- Week 4
Soph Survival Late Night: Friday, Week 5
Survival Skills Overnights – Girls: Friday/Saturday- Week 7
FAMILY NIGHT – August 6 (rain date 8/7) ~ 5-8pm – Mandatory for all regular Staff working that week
Senior/Teen Semi-Formal- August 12, 6-9pm
LIT Overnight/Retreat – TBD
STAFF APPRECIATION NIGHTS- Bingo Night, a “night out”, and last night for 21+

Post-Season

October 16 ~ 5:30-8:30pm – Leadership Debrief
