We’re Hiring Frontline Camp Counselors

Working with small groups of campers each day. As a group counselor, your primary goal is to ensure campers have fun in a safe environment, while teaching kids “the skills of life” while following a uniquely customized schedule. Group Leaders and Counselors actively participate in all activity areas, whether in soccer, rock band, or swimming!

We’re Hiring Specialty Counselors

Work on a specialized activity each summer day. Liberty Lake “Specialists” are assigned activities that require in-depth knowledge and skills and have the ability instruct a campers throughout each day. While we work with campers ages 4-15, they come to their activities by division- so, 1st/2nd graders, 3rd/4th graders, etc.

We’re Hiring Lifeguards, Inclusion Advocates, Facility Maintenance, and More

Our Red Cross Certified Lifeguard staff also teaches swimming skills– and…we offer training and certification! Inclusion Advocates support our campers with additional needs, and our Facility Maintenance “Hospitality” team keeps the kids safe across our 60 beautiful acres.

Here’s what we’re NOT:

• NO sitting at a desk indoors, starting at screens
• NO standing over fryers
• NO looking out the window, wishing you were outside
• NO waiting or bussing tables
• NO folding clothes
• NO late night hours, nor weekends (if you don’t want it)
• NO working with people who don’t care about their job

Located in rural Burlington County, South Jersey, LLDC is a magical, beautiful place. You’ll work outdoors, on 60 beautiful acres, tall trees, and waterways, with over 200 young, energized, cool people like you.
